As BMW Engine Services is dedicated in fixing your vehicle we require the above listed details in order to maintain contact throughout the repairing process. We also require these details for the invoices that are provided upon repair completion. We retain customers data for 6 months from the vehicle collection date as we provide our customers with 6 months warranty.
Required details should be either provided via our webpage, email or via telephone, by completing the contact information form on our webpage, customers confirm and consent to their details being used by BMW Engine Services to preserve contact while providing our services. The data is stored securely on a PC to which only BMW Engine Services employees have access to.
BMW Engine Services will only share customers home address with the recovery truck driver in order to collect the vehicle from their location (if required). We do not provide customers information with any third-party companies, whatever may be required to fix the vehicle, BMW Engine Services uses the vehicles details not the customers information.
